I always wanted to see if one strike of the match would
make the tree explode. It went up and out in 30 seconds.
And we keep something this explosive in our house?

Hmm Im glad we bought a fake tree now!!!! It seems slightly safer!1
I was impressed by how quick it went up. I place and small box under the tree to help it go up and I missed the box at first hit the tree base and the tree burned faster then the box. This tree was well watered, this was under normal conditions. I wish I had a video of this.

Awesome, no wonder there are so many Christmas tree fires every year.
I told my friend about this one. Ha HA! I am glad that this didn't happen to any of us this year. I am with dan--I totally wish that you guys had a video of it. Also...has anyone seen the Mythbusters version of the Christmas tree fire? It's pretty cool.
